Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
1. Who looks after your data
Prism Kitty Games, in Ukraine, decides what happens to the data described here. Write to us at [email protected] about anything on this page.
2. What this covers
This policy covers our website, prismkitty.com, the emails you send us and those we send you, and our games that have no privacy policy of their own, such as Plague & Pitchforks. Minnow Harbor has its own privacy policy, which covers the game, its website and its emails.
3. In short
- No ads, no analytics, no trackers and no cookies on our website, and we never sell your data.
- Plague & Pitchforks sends us nothing: it keeps your progress and settings on your own computer.
- We email you only if you said yes, and every email has a way to stop them.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by email.
4. What we keep, and why
Our website
Our website has no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and its fonts come from our own site. Cloudflare hosts it, so, as for any website, it sees your IP address and the pages you ask for, to deliver them to you and to protect the site from attacks. We don’t keep these records ourselves.
When you write to us
Emails to our addresses (such as [email protected]) pass through Cloudflare, which forwards them to our inbox at Google. We keep your email and our answer for as long as we need to deal with what you asked.
Our games
Plague & Pitchforks keeps your settings, your badges and your bestiary on your own computer: none of it is sent to us. The store you get it from, such as Steam or the Epic Games Store, handles your purchase and your account there under its own privacy policy.
Minnow Harbor runs on our own server and keeps an account for each player: what it keeps, and why, is in its privacy policy.
Our emails, if you say yes in a store
When you buy one of our games on the Epic Games Store, Epic may ask whether you would like to hear from us. If you say yes, Epic gives us your email address; if you don’t, we never see it. We use it only to tell you about our games, and every email has a link to stop them.
5. Cookies
Our website uses no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser.
6. Who else handles it
We share your data with no one except the companies that run parts of our work for us, and only as much as their part needs:
- Cloudflare: hosts our website and carries all traffic to it, so it sees your IP address and what you ask for; it also forwards the emails sent to our addresses.
- Google: keeps our inbox, where the emails you send us arrive.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, in France): sends our emails and keeps our mailing lists, so if you said yes to hearing from us, it receives your email address and what we send you.
- The stores, such as Steam and the Epic Games Store: handle what you buy from them under their own privacy policies. Epic gives us your email address only if you agree.
These companies may handle data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards. We would also give data to the authorities if the law required it.
7. Why we may (for people in the EU and the UK)
- Our legitimate interests in running our website and keeping it safe, and in answering you when you write to us.
- Your consent, for our emails: you said yes in the store, and you can take it back at any time, from any of our emails or by writing to us.
- Where the law requires us to keep or hand over something.
8. How long we keep it
| What | Kept |
|---|---|
| Emails you send us | As long as we need to answer them |
| Your email address, if you said yes to hearing from us | Until you stop our emails or ask us to delete it |
| Records of visits to our website | Kept by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy, not by us |
9. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what we do with it, or object to how we use it, and you can take back your consent to our emails at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU or the UK, the authority where you live.
How to ask
Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. For our emails, your address is enough: write from it, or use the link at the bottom of any of our emails, and we take you off our lists at once. For a Minnow Harbor account, see its privacy policy.
10. Age
Our website and emails aren’t meant for children under 16. If we learn that we hold the email address of someone younger, we delete it.
11. Keeping it safe
Everything between you and our website is encrypted (HTTPS), and only the few of us who need them can reach our inbox and mailing lists.
12. Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we tell you by email before it takes effect.
